Your information is yours. Here's how to control it.
You can ask us to
- See what we have about you (identity, contact, saved-card metadata, purchase history, consents).
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account, card, and history.
- Stop texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link, or ask us).
- Unlink your card from your cooler purchase history.
How
Email admin@northpointcomputers.com from the address on your account, or write us. We'll respond within a few days. There's no charge.
Payment data
Your full card number lives only with Stripe, our PCI-compliant processor — we never hold it. Deleting your account removes your saved card token and stored details on our side.
