The offer
New members get a free welcome snack, hand-delivered, and cover a small delivery fee (shown at signup). The fee is charged to your card at signup and confirms the card is valid. One free welcome snack per resident/card.
Your card on file
You authorize us to save your card (via Stripe) and to charge it for the delivery fee now and for any snack-club subscription you choose later. You can remove your card or cancel anytime by emailing us.
Rewards
Loyalty rewards (e.g., a free item every 10th purchase) are a courtesy we may change or end. Rewards have no cash value.
Fair use
Don't abuse the free offer, defraud the machine, or misuse the service. We may end membership for abuse.
Refunds
The delivery fee is refundable on request if we can't deliver your welcome snack. Email us.
